Axle Generator Equipment
OTC’s Axle Generator converts the rotation of the locomotive axle into a pulse per revolution (PPR) electrical signal. The circuits inside the Axle Generator deliver a 15Vpp symmetrical square wave with a frequency proportional to the rotational speed of the locomotive axle.

Supply Voltage: 18 VDC at 50 mA
Output Signal: 15V peak-to-peak, symmetrical square wave
